I'm a quester, explorer, crafter, and putterer! I have some achieves, but they typically come by accident as I'm doing other things. I'm slowly -- and not very methodically -- trying to gear my one level 85 up for raiding, but I've gotten distracted by leveling a couple of alts. I'm also working on her DPS, which I don't think is high enough. I re-specced both her and her pets, and now I'm having focus problems, which is annoying, but I'll sort it out. Sometimes I really enjoy hanging out at the practice dummies just trying to get my shot rotations right.

I love skinning! Not very exciting, I know, but I'm in a couple of level 25 guilds, which means that often when I skin I just get a ton of leather, and it pleases me to see my bags filling up so fast, especially because leather always sells. Also, it makes me feel like I'm not wasting the kill.

And I love taming new pets! You'd think I'd be a Beast Mastery hunter, but I really don't care for that one, so alas, no elite pets for me, just the usuals.

With my new baby rogues, I'm really enjoying stealthing around Darkshore and killing Twilight cultists. THE BASTARDS. I have a feeling that my rogues will be what finally gets me into PvP.

I'm pretty much PvE -- I love doing quests, even to the point of not minding too much when I need to grind rep. I like doing instances, but -- go fig -- "only with nice people" (aka people who, if they don't like what I'm doing, make useful suggestions and refrain from saying nasty things. Shocking, huh?)

I'm curious about battlegrounds, but I'm not much for random world PvP. I actually like helping people out, even if they're of the other faction. I figure the LK/Deathwing/PlotBunny is far more of a threat to everybody than we are to one another.

I'm pretty much the same way. I wouldn't mind doing instances and raids if people were courteous and telling me how to improve in a nice manner. People wonder why I'm not so good at something or know a fight--its b/c when I try to do a PUG, I get yelled at and just leave to avoid annoying people.

Pretty much. If I see a horde or anyone killing something nearby, I try to help if it looks like they need it. Doesn't bother me. Battlegrounds are okay to play, but I don't play those for achievements b/c it'd be impossible for me most likely. AHHA.

Me too - although once in Hyjal I wound up flagged for PvP after I happened across a Blood Elf getting mobbed at one of those portals where you have to summon the spider. I'm not sure if I accidentally hit the PC or if it just works that way, but I was startled. Anyway, we killed the spider and the angry druids and both flew off, so it had a happy ending. :)

I think one reason that an RP-PVP server appeals to me is that in a way, I am helping other players when I do my part on the PVP front -- that we're all trying to tell a story together, I guess, is how my brain parses it, and that by trying to kill them, I'm helping to tell that story. And by them trying to kill me, they're also trying to tell that story. It isn't just players randomly deciding to interrupt one another's days with mayhem and murder.
