Crafting resource

I was going to make the inaugural post something funny or interesting at least, but! I was cleaning up my inbox and found this, from my adored sister:

Crafter's Tome, a compilation of crafting skills information.

And since I have a six hours of work to do in the next three and a half hours, and I know I'll lose the link if I don't put it somewhere, I thought I'd put it here. I haven't had time to dig around a lot, but it looks really helpful!

So there I was, I had my hunter (Daniria) running around the Un'Goro Crater, killing dinosaurs and doing quests and whatnot, like you do. And let me tell you, that place is lousy with dinosaurs. I never thought it would be possible for me to get tired of dinosaurs, but the Un'Goro Crater has managed it.

Font change!

Oh my god, so much joy! You know that godawful-hard-to-read font in your in-game mail, the books you'll find, various notes, etc? The one that looks like this? It's called Morpheus. It's a lovely font, but not the way they use it (for me, at least - it's nearly impossible to read on those parchment backgrounds).

I've learned how to change it.

Exit the game.

Find a TrueType font you do like -- say, Arial. (You can find all your installed fonts in your Windows -> Fonts directory.) Copy it. Make a new folder in your World of Warcraft program directory (mine is in Program Files (x86) -> World of Warcraft) called Fonts. Paste your font file in there, and re-name it morpheus.ttf

Start the game.


AND BEHOLD, READABLE MAIL.
