I'm going back and forth on including comments like this. It falls into strategy and tactics, I think, which is enough of a subject of debate that I wasn't sure it ought to go into a general starter guide. Not that I don't agree with all your strategy and think it is correct...but it might be a discussion for a different post. Goodness knows epic posts could be written about strategy just for a single BG!
